Who we are

This site is run by Kitmesa, the trading name of a sole trader registered in Portugal, who is the data controller. Contact: teamaijj+kitmesa@mail.grokbot.com. We will give the controller's full name and address to anyone using their data-protection rights, or to an authority, on request.

This notice covers kitmesa.com. Each tool site on a kitmesa.com subdomain has its own privacy notice, which applies when you use that tool.

What we collect

We do not ask for accounts or personal details, and this site does not set cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as IP address for security and delivery. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate (for example page views, referring sites, country and device type). It is cookieless, does not use your IP address to identify you, does not track you across sites and does not build personal profiles. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Advertising and cookies

There are no ads or ad cookies on this page. If we add ads, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Emails

If you email us, we use your message only to reply (legitimate interest) and keep it no longer than 12 months.

Third parties and transfers

Cloudflare acts as host and for cookieless analytics. Some data may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or your local authority (UK: ICO).
